(article 3) Trayvon Martin Case: Zimmerman Asks For New Judge After Conflict Revealed
Zimmerman
In this article it is about how Zimmerman wants a new judge. His attorney asked a judge in the case to step on Monday after she revealed a potential conflict in interest. He was charged last week second degree murder. He is pleading not guilty and saying that it was in self defense. Florida's Governor rejected any suggestions that charges were field because of p[public pressure. The governor said that he does not believe the special prosecutor is influenced by anything but the facts. Usually full police reports, autopsy reports and transcripts of witness interviews are normally public under Florida law but in this case it doesn't meet the standards that are typically used to create an exemption, according to the motion filed by the news organizations. Those standards allow the sealing of record if their release would create an imminent threat to the administration of justice and there for wouldnt protect the a defendants right to a fair trial and if closing the rights would be tried.

article 5 Dmitri Krioukov, Physicist, Writes Four Page Paper To Avoid Paying Traffic Ticket
In this article I read about a Physicist wrote a 4 page paper all to get out f a traffic ticket. In this paper he included colorful diagrams and was thorough with his details on what happened that day. He says that his uncle is a police office. The paper he wrote was called the "Proof of Innocence." He is a physicist at the University of California in San Diego. When he wrote the paper for court he outlined for the judge all the math reasons of why he was not guilty of running the stop sign. When I first looked at it i thought to myself that it was a lot of effort to go threw in order to get out of a ticket. He proved to to the judge that a police officer can perceive in his head that a car did not stop at a stop sign when they really did, if the following three criteria are met. 1) The observer measures not the linear but angular speed of the car, 2) the car decelerates and subsequently accelerates relatively fast, and 3) there is a short-time obstruction of the observer's view of the external object, example: another car, at the moment when both cars are near the stop sign. So needless to say the judge let him off he no longer has to pay a $400 fine.

(article 2) International Firearm Abolitionists Prepare to Draft Arms Trade Treaty
National Rifle Association
This article I read was published on March 23, 2012. It is about how it is the time of year where the the International activists and the representatives of various countries' governments come to the United nations, and there intent being on changing the world. The people there have a exaggerated sense of self importance and they are obsessed with controlling the planet and everyone who lives in it. These arrogant people check in to five star hotels in the West's most cosmopolitan cities and tax payers and left wing foundations of the first world countries picking up the tab to attend conferences during which they discuss curtailing national and individual rights that offend their sensibilities. As a fair review of their history would reveal, during the Cold War, "useful idiot" advocates for nuclear disarmament by the U.S., Britain and France (but not the USSR, of course) thrived within the U.N. and a host of "non-governmental organizations" (NGOs) that lobbied it, but found themselves crusaders without a crusade after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the Soviet Union. In short order, they found a new raison d'etre in "land mines." But the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention of 1999, otherwise known as the Ottawa Treaty--since ratified by a majority of the world's countries--rendered the land mine issue largely passé.

article 1 Bullying
Bullying
In this article I read about bullying it talked about how it starts, how it can affect a child, the warning signs of how a parent can tell if there child is being bullied, how a parent can help there child, and how the school can help stopping it from happening. The way it starts is that it can start as early as preschool years and as it goes on higher in the grades it intensifies. Victims are usually shy and weaker then there peers. The effects that it has on a child is that they can be not only physically down but also mentally hurt. It affects there grades and if the bullied to much they stop going to school. Some warning signs that a parent can tell if there child is a victim are the following, frequent crying, recurrent complaints of physical symptoms such as stomach-aches or headaches with no apparent cause, unexplained bruises, sudden drop in grades or other learning problems, not wanting to go to school Significant changes in social life — suddenly no one is calling or extending invitations, sudden change in the way your child talks — calling herself a loser, or a former friend a jerk.

Killing Chickens
This short story I just read is about killing chickens. The way the author made this descriptive setting and action was easy to understand and get the main idea. The thesis of the story was great it just drag me in:" I tuck her wings tight against her heaving body, crouch over her, and cover her flailing head with my gloved hand.". Another specific detail was the dialogue and how they were descrbing the way the chicken was! Also was another detailed that captured my eyw was, I thought was the title. It brought u right into the story on killin chickens ,which was great how they mtached it up.Its like she brought the story into real life just by the way she told it it was almost like you could picture it in your head.

memoir
I was recently a spectator at a hockey game recently, it was really fun. It all started around Christmas time. For Christmas my girl friend got tickets to go to a Providence Bruins Versus the Worcester Sharks Hockey because her mom asked her what she wanted for Christmas and jokingly on her list she wrote that she wanted Rob Gronkowski. She is in love with him, he is a wide receiver for the New England Patriots. This past season when he started playing for them he spiked the ball and got a seven thousand dollar fine. The Worcester sharks contacted him and made a deal that they would pay the fine if he would come and make an appearance. So needless to say he agreed. Over the course of the season he got hurt and had to have surgery. He arthroscopic surgery on his ankle, so he had a cast on his foot and had to walk on crutches. Before the game he had a signing that you could go to and meet him, I how ever did not go because my girlfriend and i noticed to late that you had to buy tickets and there was only so many available and by the time we found out they were sold out.
It started on a Friday afternoon, it was raining. I drive from Seekonk to Smithfield to her house. We had lunch the we decide to leave. It took us about 45 minutes to get there. I did not particularly like the drive because it was raining hard. When we got to our destination it there was people every where. The parking spots outside and in the parking garage was getting full fast. We go there at 6:30 pm. We were at the D C U center in Worcester. We park at the top of the parking garage. The we had to walk 5 minutes in the rain it was not fun. We get in side the stadium and there is alot of people. She said to me "i thinks it is funy" and i said "What." She said that there are more people wearing patriots jerseys rather then hockey jerseys." So we get to our seats and come to find out they are right behind the bruins booth which was three row up.
We sat down and were waiting for the game to start and everything and we see that in the front row there are a few seats open so after a few minutes we wait to see if anyone is going to sit there. No one ended up not sitting there so we jumped up two rows and we now right against the glass and next to the players booth.
The players come out and then they sing the national anthem. After that then comes out they announce it, here he come the New England Patriots Tight End Roobb Groonnskowskiii. So because he just had surgery on his left ankle the brought him out on the back of a pick up truck. They drove him around the ice rink a few times the brought him to center ice. So He proceeds to stand up on one foot, he takes the puck and does his spike he is known for. When he does he shatters it. His face was priceless. I believe that he did not even think he was going to be able to do that. He sits back down on the truck and leaves the ice. The crowd was going wild when he came out.
Then the game started and it was a good game, but the final score was 4 to 2 Worcester sharks. There were a few good fights also. If you every want to watch hockey watch the NHL which is the Boston bruins which is better the the AHL.
Revised Essay
Memoir
I was
recently a spectator at a hockey game recently, it was really fun. It all
started around Christmas time. For Christmas my girl friend got tickets to go
to a Providence Bruins versus the Worcester Sharks Hockey because her mom asked
her what she wanted for Christmas and jokingly on her list she wrote that she
wanted Rob Gronkowski. She is in love with him; he is a wide receiver for the
New England Patriots. This past season when he started playing for them he
spiked the ball and got a seven thousand dollar fine. The Worcester Sharks
contacted him and made a deal that they would pay the fine if he would come and
make an appearance. So needless to say he agreed. Over the course of the season
he got hurt and had to have surgery. His arthroscopic surgery on his ankle, so
he had a cast on his foot and had to walk on crutches. Before the game he had a
signing that you could go to and meet him, we however did not go because my
girlfriend and i noticed to late that you had to buy tickets and there was only
so many available and by the time we found out they were sold out.
It started
on a Friday afternoon, it was raining. I drive from Seekonk to Smithfield to
her house. We had lunch then we decide to leave. It took us about 45 minutes to
get there. I did not particularly like the drive because it was raining hard. When
we got to our destination there was people every where. The parking spots
outside and in the parking garage was getting full fast. We go there at 6:30
pm. We were at the D C U center in Worcester. We parked at the top of the
parking garage. Then we had to walk five minutes in the rain it was not fun. We
got in side the stadium and there were a lot of people. She said to me "I think
it is funny" and I said "What." She said that there are more
people wearing patriot’s jerseys rather than hockey jerseys." So we get to
our seats and come to find out they are right behind the Bruins booth which was
three rows up.
We sat down
and were waiting for the game to start and we see that in the front row there
are a few seats open so after a few
minutes we wait to see if anyone is going to sit there. No one ended up
sitting there so we jumped up two rows and were now right against the glass and
next to the player’s booth.
The players
come out and then they sing the national anthem. After that then comes out they
announce it, here he come the New England Patriots Tight End Roobb
Groonnskowskiii. So because he just had surgery on his left ankle they brought
him out on the back of a pick up truck. They drove him around the ice rink a
few times the brought him to center ice. So He proceeded to stand up on one
foot, he took the puck and did the spike that he is known for. When he does he
shatters it. His face was priceless. I believe that he did not even think he
was going to be able to do that. He sat back down on the truck and leaves the
ice. The crowd was going wild when he
came out.
Then the
game started and it was a good game, but the final score was 4 to 2 Worcester
sharks. There were a few good fights also. If you every want to watch hockey
watch the NHL which is the Boston bruins which is better then the AHL.
I believe
that is was a good experience to see how even though it was a hockey game that
people don’t go for the actual game but rather for just one person. It shows
that just getting a person from another sport can bring in money for a place
and people will pay for a person and not the sport they are there for.
